Sounds like this New Zealand band is a little paranoid with a name like that.

It’s been a while since I put out a playlist and I wanted to share some new mixes and artists with you. A couple of songs you may have already heard, like the TV spot favorite Sweet Disposition by the Temper Trap or Miike Snow’s Sylvia, but I thought the remixes were worthy of posting.

I am digging the Stuart Price produced new track from the Scissor Sisters . I loved their version of Pink Floyd’s Comfortably Numb and the new track, Invisible Light, from their upcoming album “Night Work”, has a very Pink Floyd sound to it. I hope this is a sign of the direction of the new album.

I am loving the work of Radical Friend. Their new video for Yeasayer’s track One is an 80s new wave meets 90s rave with a touch of 70s Pink Floyd. Check out the Dark Bubbles video and read more about them at the Spy Films blog.
